I didn't just decide to be a coach — I lived the transformation first.
With over 15 years in the community services sector and in leadership roles, I've seen it all. From navigating complex human behaviours in diverse environments to managing the "messy middle" of organisational change, I've spent my career learning what truly makes people tick.
As a lifelong learner, I'm constantly challenging my own beliefs and staying curious about what I don't know. I founded Journey with Jeska to help others skip the hard way and get straight to the results — helping leaders, teams, and individuals level up their thinking and reclaim their potential.
